Can you still deliver to me? (Covid-19)
Our thoughts are with those who are affected throughout this difficult period. Although things are quite uncertain at the moment, we want to let you know that we have put into place procedures so that we can still dispatch orders as normal. We are asking everyone to be aware that there could be a slight shipping delay in some countries. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding through these circumstances, as we will ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
We are currently able to ship to all regions as normal, how please do be aware that delays are likely to occur.
Orders which have already been dispatched to previously suspended delivery countries will likely suffer delays as the backlog of parcels is processed by local postal services.
We have also been made aware of many countries experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels, due to a reduced workforce. Due to this, some countries may experience a delay of up to a week on parcel delivery.
We greatly apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this, however we will continue to offer the best service possible.
