Can you still deliver to me? (Covid-19)
Our thoughts are with those who are affected throughout this difficult period. Although things are quite uncertain at the moment, we want to let you know that we have put into place procedures so that we can still dispatch orders as normal. We are asking everyone to be aware that there could be a slight shipping delay in some countries. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding through these circumstances, as we will ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
We are currently shipping as normal to most countries, however we have been advised that we are currently unable to ship to the following regions through our normal free service:
- Korea, Republic Of
- New Zealand
- Sri Lanka
- United Arab Emirates
If you wish to place orders to these regions, we are able to check prices using a DHL Express delivery service. We can then set up a specific delivery option for you.
Orders which have already been dispatched to these countries will be held until flights can be resumed.
We have also been made aware of many countries experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels, due to a reduced workforce. Due to this, some countries may experience a delay of up to a week on parcel delivery.
We greatly apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this, however we will continue to offer the best service possible.
