Cookies
We use cookies in the operation of our shopping cart system so we can process your order. Like many web sites, we use Google Analytics to improve how our web site functions for our customers. This also involves the use of cookies but does not use any personally identifiable information. Cookies are also used in our Livechat software, affiliate marketing software, and social networking links across the site.
Please see below for a list of cookies used on our website. Whilst we'll endeavour to keep this list updated, we use a few third party services and the list may become outdated if they change their cookies without notifying us.
There are two types of cookies used on our website:
  • First party cookies: these are our own cookies, controlled by us and used to run the shopping cart system & provide information about usage of our site.
  • Third party cookies: these are cookies found in other companies' internet tools which we are using to enhance our site, for example Google, Facebook and Twitter have their own cookies, which are controlled by them.

We also use Lucky Orange to track users on our website. This gives us insight into how visitors behave so that we can make improvements to our website. You can find out  more about Lucky Orange here.

DoubleClick: We use Google Analytics remarketing codes to log when our users view specific pages or take specific actions on our website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from us in the future you can opt out using the DoubleClick opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
